School is a pain in the ass. I hate almost all of my classes, and the ones that I don't hate are the ones that I can barely stand. There is already so much drama at school and whatnot that I'm just trying to sink into the shadows and hope that no one pulls me into the fray. The issues are starting to pop up for me, but I'll take them as they come and see what happens. GAR! Why must things always start to go wrong once school starts? It's just the way it was meant to be I guess, but why couldn't it be the SUMMER, when you don't have to SEE these people every day and talk to them on a regular basis? This guy that I like asked me out the other day, and I really want to go out with him, but there's a lot of risk involved and I'm not sure if I want to put one of my friendships in jeopardy just for a guy. I've done it before and it didn't exactly turn out as planned. I'm trying to decide whether or not our friendship is strong enough to go through this. It could be a hell of a lot worse. :shrug: I'll think of something. For now, I have to go out of town to get a family picture taken, and I won't be back until late at night, which sucks. Gar!

So yeah...last night was pretty much my last hurrah for going out at night this summer, and it sucked ass. The only night that I DON'T have a good time is the last one of the summer. That really pisses me off. It was going fine until this group of chicks joined up with us, and for some odd reason they just got under my skin and annoyed the fuck out of me. I could not STAND them. We went to the brickyard, and they all made a fire, but me and Cassie went off somewhere else because she was annoyed as fuck too. I'm not mad about it because I know that everyone was just trying to have fun, but something about those chicks just pissed me off. I think part of it might have been jealousy, since they were taking all the attention. Cassie told me that that was part of the reason she didn't like them being there with us.

We were at Rocklynn Ridge Park and no one except Mike even realized that me and Cassie had walked off into the woods. It was cool though because at the brickyard I found the Smirnoff Orange Vodka. Bobby had thrown it into the grass earlier before we left because he didn't want to get caught with it in his car (understandable).

Cassie and I were bored so we went to go find the vodka, and WOO HOO Cassie found it! There was still over half a bottle left, and Cassie took one more drink (she hated it) and I pretty much finished the bottle. We dumped out some of it, but I probably had over a third of that bottle. Then we threw the empty bottle down by their feet and left. The alcohol didn't really hit me until we were on our way to Hy-Vee. I was in the backseat and I just felt a wave of dizziness and I'm like 'Woah, there's the vodka'. HEHE. AND surprisingly enough, I'm not that hungover today! YAY! That was powerful shit too. Cassie said it was 35% alcohol and 70 proof. I'm done talking about it now.

So yeah...it was my last night out of the summer and I didn't enjoy it at all. Those chicks ended up coming with us to the cemetary and that pissed me off too because the cemetary is OUR spot. I think Bobby and Squirrell just wanted the pretty girls to hang with us. I understand, it's just that for some odd reason, I couldn't be around them for an extended period of time or else I would flip out. :SHRUG: Maybe I need counseling, who knows?

Fire is fun. We made a fire last night. It was hot, but that's okay because it was fucking cold outside. I was shivering and I had my t-shirt and a sweatshirt on. Yeah. I'm so bored, I need something to do. My mom and sister just left to go to the store, and I'm not allowed to leave the house. She doesn't trust me with my neighbors. It's not like any of them like me like that anyways...they're our neighbors!! I almost got caught sneaking out last night. When my parents got home, I was just getting off the phone with Cassie (at 11:30) and I had to make up some bullshit story about Cassie wanting to talk to me about some girl who was all over Mike. Then I went downstairs and immediately climbed out my window. I was out of the house less than five minutes after my parents got home. Risky! Go me! *rolls eyes* No one cares, this I know. I apologize for being so boring.

I don't know what to write in here anymore. I hardly have any drama going on right now, and all I can write about is partying, and I'm pretty sure everyone's getting tired of hearing me talk about that, so I'm just going to stop. I'll wait until something happens before I write in here again because this is just boring.

9:56am: Twas the night before Saturday...
Last night was fun. I snuck out at 9:00 because I told my mom that I was going downstairs to read this book that she gave me a few days ago, and I told her that it was really good and I couldn't put it down. My mom was really tired yesterday anyways, so she went to bed about the same time that I went downstairs. I snuck out and walked over to Dustin's house because I heard voices coming from their garage and it ended up being Gabe and Gina and some guy named Dave that I've never met before.

Dustin and Frank were in Ankeny picking up Sebastian because he's spending the weekend with them. I found out last night that he's only 15, and he's a sophomore. WOOW!! I did not know that at all. I thought that it was weird for them to want me to hang with them since I'm 3 years younger than them, but then I see that they are hanging with a 15 year old so I don't feel as weird about it. They all got high and then we played Super Smash Brothers, and I kicked their asses because they were high. It was awesome. Frank came downstairs and played the game with us, and then he got pissed because Sebastian and Dustin were being bitches to him, so he just went upstairs.

I played video games a little while longer and then I went upstairs to see what Frank was up to, and he was playing the guit-tar. He's such a good guitar player, it's awesome. He taught himself to play "Since U Been Gone" by Kelly Clarkson, and it's his new favorite song to play, and he can't sing it very well, so I came out and helped him. Frank is hot too! I noticed this last night because I never really see him since he works two jobs, but he is so hot! He wasn't wearing a shirt last night and it was nice. ^-^ At about 1:00ish I went upstairs with Frank to his room because neither one of us smoke weed and we didn't feel like being around it at the time, and we sat in his room and looked at his CD collection (I know, we're music nerds), and then we listened to Weird Al. I almost fell asleep on his bed because I was so tired but I couldn't go home yet because my dad was still up. Then at about 2:30 Frank said he was going to bed, so I went back downstairs and talked with Gina and Gabe because Dustin, Jamal, and Sebastian were downstairs watching a movie. Then I went home right after I saw the lights go out.

So yeah. That was my night last night. Twas the night before Saturday. I know it sounds kind of boring but it was pretty cool to me. I really like hanging with these guys. They're awesome. Too bad they're moving soon. I really don't want them to. Oh well.

I'm realizing that I have a few really good friends. I found this out last night, when one of my friends put all her issues aside just to make me feel better about something stupid and insignificant that had me all depressed. THAT'S when you know they're a good friend. She told me that no matter how big or small my problems seem, they're a big deal to me so they're a big deal to her too. This made me feel really good. I hope I convey this message to all of my friends. Last night was interesting. Things happened that scared the shit out of me, but I can't tell anyone for fear of certain people finding out and other people I was with getting in HUGE trouble. I hope my parents go out tonight because I want some time with the house to myself. Well...Holly will be here, but she always just stays in her room the whole time, so it SEEMS like the house is to myself. I should probably clean in just in case ne1 comes by. It's rather embarassing when my friends randomly drop by and our house is such a fucking mess. Makes me feel bad. And dirty. And I'm not dirty.

So yeah...my mother just asked me if I was drinking on Friday night. I told her no, which is sort of a lie. I had half a beer, but that's not enough to do anything to me, so I just told her no. She says my father was concerned about how tired I was yesterday, and of course he only cares when I do something wrong. When I do something good or for him or something like that he couldn't give a flying fuck. Oh well. I'm pretty sure they're on their way to finding out all the bad shit that I do anyways, so I'll just let them find out on their own. Bring on the screaming parents! w00t!!

10:36am: Lately
I've been pretty busy lately. Going out with friends a lot. Today I WAS going to go to the fair with Chris and some other people but I don't think he wanted me to go anymore, so I'm not. I'll just hang around the house and see what happens. I was able to catch up on my sleep last night, which is good because I really needed it. I went to locos for the first time on friday night. That was fun, even though my ride home didn't get there until about 10, then he had to leave and come back to get me. :shrug: oh well. I got to hang out with Jake and Charlee a little bit. Then I got bored, so I sat down and all I could think about was depressing shit, so I was sitting there and then Charlee came over and tried to cheer me up, and Jake came over and tried to cheer me up, and with their combined efforts I was able to stop thinking about sad stuff. YAY! I wish I was better at pool. EVERYONE likes to play pool, and I suck at it so badly that I just don't play. People would laugh at how bad I am, and I don't like being laughed at so I just don't play. I should go to work and practice or something cuz we have a pool room at my work. I think that's a good idea. Either that or I should get someone to teach me to be better.

9:04am: Mucho Fun-o
Last night I snuck out for the third night in a row, and this was the latest I was ever out I do believe. I didn't get home til after five, but I didn't really look at the clock. Then, my mother wakes me up at 8:30. OMG that's too early. Either I'm paranoid, or my mother knows I snuck out last night, because she asked me what time I got home last night, and then she corrected herself by saying "I mean what time did you go to bed", and then she kept offering me a latte because she said "You look really tired." I think it's paranoia AND she's suspicious. I told her that I'm probably going to spend the night at Jil's tonight, and we're going to go to the cemetary with Bobby, Cassie, and Mike. I'm not sure if anyone else is going...:shrug: OMG last night was some FREAKY ASS SHIT!!! We went to the cemetary and I got so creeped out it wasn't funny. At one point in time it was PITCH BLACK and that just doesn't work for me. We're going to go do it again! hehe...I'm bringing a weapon. I need like a knife or something. Even if it's just like a steaknife I would still feel better. I might just bring my dad's leatherman. A leatherman always comes in handy. Well...I'll post again later. I have chamber practice today, so wish me luck on that one. I'm nervous, because I haven't practiced with any of them yet. Having a good day!

I just noticed that I updated this morning. I don't remember updating my LJ this morning, but whatever. LOL at the end of the entry I said "G'Day"...I never say that EVER. Wow...I was tired. I was able to take a two hour nap earlier, so I'm not as tired now as I was before. I'm waiting for it to rain. I want twinkies. *CRAVES TWINKIES* YUM!!! Jil and I had a nice conversation last night about relationships and whatnot. It just made me feel better to talk to someone about stuff that's going on. Hot dogs are yummy. I had two for dinner. That's the most I've eaten in awhile. I want chocolate. And twinkies. YUMM!!! ITS STARTING TO RAIN!!! YAYAYAYAYAY!!! I'm going to go play in it now. Good Byeing!!

So for two nights in a row I've gotten less than five hours of sleep...I'm wondering how I'm going to function tomorrow because I'm going out again tonight I do believe. If my dad can get me some money, that is. I hope I get money because I am getting food tonight. Every time I go out with Bobby and Cassie I get so hungry towards the end of the night. And it's just disappointing to come home to a house with nothing to eat in it. If it doesn't rain tonight maybe we can have a picnic at the cemetary like Cassie wants! That'd be fun!!! But the last two nights in a row it has rained. It was POURING last night, and Bobby's car almost died. Then a headlight burnt out. Twas very interesting. I can't really think of anything to write right now. It's weird. For the first time I actually DON'T have something to say! WOW...I'm going to go walk around like a zombie now. I'm sooooo tired!! I'm about to go take a nap. G'day everyone.

4:09pm: So sad, and yet so true...
In the year 2005, the Lord came unto Noah, who was
now living in the United States, and said, "Once
again, the earth has become wicked and
overpopulated and I see the end of all flesh before
me.

Build another Ark and save two of every living thing
along with a few good humans."
He gave Noah the blueprints, saying, "You have six
months to build them Ark before I will start the
unending rain for 40 days and 40 nights."

Six months later, the Lord looked down and saw Noah
weeping in his yard.... but no ark.

Noah"! He roared, "I'm about to start the rain!
Where is the Ark?" "Forgive me, Lord," begged Noah.
"But things have changed. I needed a
building permit. I've been arguing with the
inspector about the need for a sprinkler system. My
neighbors claim that I've violated the
neighborhood zoning laws by building the Ark in my
yard and exceeding the height limitations. W e had
to go to the Development Appeal
Board for a decision.

Then the Department of Transportation demanded a
bond be posted for the future costs of moving power
lines and other overhead obstructions, to
clear the passage for the Ark's move to the sea. I
argued that the sea would be coming to us, but they
would hear nothing of it.

Getting the wood was another problem. There's a ban
on cutting local trees in order to save the spotted
owl. I tried to convince the
environmentalists that I needed the wood to save the
owls. But no go!

When I started gathering the animals, I got sued by
an animal rights group.
They insisted that I was confining wild animals
against their will. As well, they argued the
accommodation was too restrictive and it was cruel
and inhumane to put so many animals in a confined
space.

Then the EPA ruled that I couldn't build the Ark
until they'd conducted an environmental impact study
on your proposed flood.

I'm still trying to resolve a complaint with the
Human Rights Commission on how many minorities I'm
supposed to hire for my building crew.

Also, the trades unions say I can't use my sons.
They insist I have to hire only Union workers with
Ark building experience. To make matters worse,
the IRS seized all my assets, claiming I'm trying to
leave the country illegally with endangered species.
So, forgive me, Lord, but it would take at
least ten years for me to finish this Ark."

Suddenly the skies cleared, the sun began to shine,
and a rainbow stretched across the sky. Noah looked
up in wonder and asked, "You mean, You're
not going to destroy the world?".
"No," said the Lord.
"The government beat me to it."

9:30am: Last Night
Well...last night Cassie sends me a text at 11:45 saying "Steph Get off the net and call me". So I get offline and call her using the home phone (we FINALLY got it working again! yay!!), and she asks me if I have any money at all, and right off the top of my head I say no, because I had no paper money, but then she asks me if I have any nickels or dimes or quarters, and I remember that I have a big jar of change right by the front door, so I go upstairs and get mah jar and bring it downstairs and dump it out and count my dimes/quarters and it turns out that I have over $12 in change!!! They came to pick me up, and we went to the Git N Go at Merle Hay and Urbandale to get gas and smokes and who pulls up but my wonderful neighbor, Frank. He told us how wasted he was, and we're like 'hmm okay'.

We left the gas station and we went to go get Mike Egli. I haven't actually talked to him since I was in elementary school. I used to have the biggest crush on him!! He's still hot, but he's a bit too much of a bad boy for me. Although, he did call me a bad girl. Then again...he's comparing me NOW to me 6 years ago. BIIIIG difference. He went through a list of bad things that I do, even though he doesn't really know me. It was weird. I hope we get to hang with him next time they rescue me. We had a nice talk at the park about what he's been up to, and I sort of talked about what I've been up to, but didn't get into much detail. I'd rather not pour my heart and soul out to yet another person.

We went to McHenry park and Mike and I had to wait there while Bobby and Cassie went to see Ashley, so we were stuck at a creepy park for like an hour and a half. We found the merry-go-round and spun on that until we almost puked and couldn't walk straigh...then we headed straigh for the swings, and we got into a contest to see how high we could go, and he tried doing a backflip off his swing but fell and landed hard on his ass. HEHE. Then we went to the playground equipment thingy and played around on that for awhile, and then we sat over by the tennis courts for like two minutes, because we heard a funky sound that really scared me, so I went back over to the playground equipment, and he followed me. He was my protector. DUM DA DA DUM!!!

After Bobby and Cassie came to pick us up we went to the cemetary and walked around for about 20 minutes, but then Bobby got bored, so we decided to leave, when Mike realizes he lost his wallet. So we went to the park and they searched for it while Bobby and I stayed in the car. I had to pee and I was SOOO hungry!!! After we dropped Mike off back at his house we were driving under this bridge, and a bunch of water landed on our windshield and scared the shit out of all of us. We were all really really hyper, so we laughed nonstop about it for the next 20 minutes. Funny stuff, I guess.

Megan just told me that her, Jil, Chris, Kyle, and Taylor are all hanging out today, and once again I'm left out. It makes me sad...like really. I know there's not much anyone can do about it because it all depends on when people can get time off of work, but it's ALWAYS on days when I have to babysit. It's very frustrating. I just want to hang with Chris once more before he leaves. That's all I want. For now, anyways lol.

9:40am: Things nowadays...
Well...this morning has royally sucked so far. I woke up only to find that my father hath trashed the whole house while under the influence last night, and who gets stuck cleaning it up? Moi, of course. This is the worst I have ever seen it...he flipped over the couch, the TV was on its side on the floor, the front door was wide open, the computer desk was tipped over, my acoustic guitar now has a huge scratch on it :wants to kill father for this:. Things aren't going too well at home nowadays. It's going to take at least three hours to clean up the father's mess from last night, and I'm stuck babysitting today, so I'm the one stuck explaining the father situation to her. I'm used to this though. It's not like this hasn't happened before.

My mother has been freaking out on me for the past couple of days or so because I want to leave the house for a little while. Can you blame me??? I just want to go hang out with my friends, and she freaks out and now she thinks that I want to move out of the house. God. This is so stupid. If I moved out of the house I don't know what would happen. I want to sometimes, but only when I'm really mad. I want to sneak out tonight, just to get away for a lil while without having to deal with my mother afterwards. If anyone can come and pick me up, PLEASE talk to me because I really need to get out. Seriously...anyone with a car can go ahead and call/email me. PLEASE...I'M DESPERATE!!! ACK!!!

I feel bad. Megan is mad at me I think, because I apparently didn't pay attention to her on her birthday. Yes I feel bad, and I have tried to call her and talk to her about it but she's not speaking with me or something right now, so w/e. No one is talking to me. I'm having such a bad day and it's not even ten o'clock in the morning. Everyone needs to fucking chill out. Seriously. It's making me nervous. I would play my guitar, but my hands are shaking to bad and when I play I see the huge scratch that the father made, and it pisses me off, and my hands shake even more. I wish I were home alone right now. I really do. I need to hurt/kill something. :scans room: Not finding anything. Can't kill sister..that's illegal. GRR!!!

10:08pm: 2Nite
I just got back from hanging out with Jeremy and Maiga, and we had a blast. Twas fun...I found a list of things to do at a Wal-Mart just for fun, and we decided that we wanted to go to Wal-Mart and actually do the things on the list. We didn't really do much of the things exactly on the list, but we still found a way to have fun. Right as we walked through the doors Maiga and I decided that we should just get a cart and put random things in it as we walk around the store, so that's what we did. Then we made a beeline for the condoms (of course) and Maiga picked out what she wanted (Magnum XL to be exact) and then later on she put the box into some random cart.

We just walked around, staring at all the cool stuff and putting really random things into the cart, like Jeremy found a cat bed and a squeaky toy, and then I found bath fizzy balls, so I put those in the cat bed with the squeaky toy, and Maiga found a bunch of other stuff. We took a lot of CDs and put them in the cart too. Then we abandoned the cart once we were in the toy section and I broke the head off of a stuffed bobble head cat. Oopsie-daisy.

After we got bored with Wal-Mart we grabbed some quest CD's on the way out and randomly threw them in the parking lot and at cars as we were driving down the street. We actually heard some of the CDs hit the cars that were driving by. Then we drove to Target (the new one) and we were going to mess around in there but it was closed, so we wanted to go to loco's instead. On the way driving through the Target parking lot I found a random cart and grabbed it as Jeremy drove by, so we drove around with a cart on our car for a short while and then I let it go right in the middle of an intersection. It was boring me. We got to Loco's and we saw Bobby's car so we went inside to say hi to him and Jeremy and Maiga ended up playing DDR. Then we left, but not before we spat on Bobby's car. Don't ask why. We just did. Then we stopped and grabbed the randomly placed Target shopping cart and dragged it along with us for awhile. We WERE going to bring it to my house, but we saw the Target security guard at his car, and so we just let the cart go up by the building. He didn't even realize that we had it though, so we probably would have gotten away with it. Oh well. We'll save that for next time!!! lol
